You can modify your safefile to recruting her after the ayda quest. go to your saves ( C:\Users\"name"\AppData\Roaming\Strive\saves) and open your save with editor. Then search Yris. it should be the only line with her name ("yris":4) change the number to 5 and you can play like you already talked with ayda after hearing the second yris challenge.
