From what I've seen, the slave chosen is determined by a combination of factors, length of time owned, number of times fucked, level etc. It looks like it tries to pick the one you have interacted with the most.

I just tried to bang my starting slave a lot and leveled her up to the same level as my combat team, so that she would be the one who got picked, instead of one of the named characters. It seemed to work pretty well.
