If you want to own both sisters, DO NOT brand anyone. Optional choice is to have a Aphrodisiac ready before bringing Emily along if you want to see the H scene (not necessary) but make sure you ask her to work for you if you don't want the optional choice. I would advise to work on Emily's obidiance/loyalty before her sister arrives in 7 days. Select "make her leave" and give them some food and suplies.
After that, Emily should come back within a few days. Now wait 10-30 days and she will ask you to find her sister Tisha (days it takes varies and its never the same). You can figure out the rest.
