Repeatable quests are the custom orders at the Slave Guilds. They are called repeatable quests because you can obtain and complete the same order multiple times througout the game.
As of version 0.5.8, you can encounter groups of wolves in the Elven Grove that are sometimes attacking people, just like thugs attacking bystanders near Wimborn. Saving these people from the wolves will boost your rep.
