Before you leave the mansion click on the Battler Group(V) on the right hand side of the screen you will see two boxes, one is for your inventory at the mansion(Right) the other is for your carried inventory(Left) you need to click on the ropes from the right box to move them over to the left box. Keep in mind that you have a limited amount of weight though. You need to move not only the ropes but also the teleport stones, bandages, any thing else you want to take with you.

On the flip side of things you also need to move items from you carried inventory over to your mansion inventory before it will show up to be used for general purposes. I.E you can't give a girl an item for furthering leveling or sell it if it's not in your mansion inventory.
