if you have Slave Chloe all your mansion upgrade points are multiplicated by 1.2x and rounded up (1=2)

quests in guild gives you mansion upgrades

selling obedient slave gives you mansion upgrades

selling not obedient slave to sebastian/umbra gives you mansion upgrades

progression in campain gives you mansion upgrades

and FINAL (imagine its "intended")

if you capture a slave you can click on her and select option "learn skills" and turn her unused attribute points as mansion upgrade points, you dont need any obedience or agreements from her side and can sell her for same $ after
