You can obtain Mansion Upgrade Points from slaves with unassigned Attribute Points. Click on the slave in the mansion and go to the Learn. Points tab. In the bottom left is a button that turns their Attributes Points into Masion Upgrade Points. This cant be undone and is best used on slaves you dont intend to keep.
