If your starting servant don't acquired Dominant or Submissive trait, then you might start side quest again. You will need add some code at the end in your save file: (there can be more of them)

You have four different path to encounter ending (resign doesn't count) which two of them will get dom or sub trait, and other two leave you with only grateful.
