On the main menu is "Constants", from here you can set the sale value for enchanted and normal items. Set enchanted item sale to 10 and amulets net you up to 4000 gold.
There are also a lot of other tweeks it allows you make, like startting health, health gained per endurance increase, how many quiet time actions you get per session, how many ropes you use to capture.
