Not a great way around that, but what I did was; when you go back to your house from returning from mountains, stop by the slave guild and sell all the slaves/servants you want to keep. Go fight hade, and the only slaves that are chosen should be ones you dont care about. (I actually got some slaves just for that purpose much earlier on) when you are done go back to slave guild and buy the ones you sold back. Very costly though, I had some that cost about 2k gold to back back. Like I said, not a great way, but if you have the gold, might be worth it. Unless someone finds a better way or finds out what determines who is chosen.
