Yes.
Once the laboratory is unlocked, you can "Improve appearance". It will give +20 permanent beauty to characters whose beauty is already above 60, and +30 beauty to those below 60. But you can only do it once to each character.
When you have unlocked the Beauty Parlor there are also tattoos that improve beauty (Nature tattoos). Each tat gives +5 beauty, however it caps at +15 per character.
Weirdly, all this means a character with a 'base beauty' of 55 can get up to 100. But not one with a base of 64!
