The only other way besides force or the aphrodesiac would be the slow painful route of praising every few weeks to build loyalty. Aphrodediacs in food help a little cause it keeps her lust high. The good news is, once she gets the "likes it rough" trait from force, you can literally gain loyalty by raping. You can pretty well rape someone in to stolkholm syndrom in this game as long as you're careful not to stress them out so much or let obediance get so low they run away.
