Update:

You'll have to go to the mountains, into the caves. You'll get ambushed and you get to decide between siding with elves or the mercenaries. Siding with the elves ensures Adya survives; otherwise, it doesn't change anything else. The elves are easier to beat than the mercenaries though. With a sufficiently leveled team, you should be fine either way.

Afterwards, you meet Hade and you get the choice to team up with him or not. If you team up with him (which IMO seems like the "evil" route), you'll fight some town guards on your way back home. You won't be able to End Day at this point, so go to the Mage HQ. You'll then have to fight The Orders' mages. Win and you get the ending of the game (you can continue playing afterwards though).

If you tell Hade to get bent, you'll fight Garthor outside the cave. You get the choice to kill him or not; doesn't seem to affect much other than a brief mention of him being alive in the epilogue. You can't End Day at this point, so go to Mage HQ. You'll fight Hade and his team, who are significantly harder than the Orders' mages, but I managed to beat him just fine on the first try with my weakest party members. Anyway, once you beat him **SPOILER** will hold one of your slaves hostage. You can either kill Hade and presumably your slave dies as well (I don't know, I love my slaves too much to try it and Hade takes forever to kill to try both scenarios), or you can release Hade. You are given some info at the end that I don't think you can do anything with (though maybe in future updates?) and bam, ending (once again, you can continue playing afterwards). 

Really great game. I hope more is added. I also think I may have reached the max amount of slaves that my mansion can hold, so I'd like to see future updates allow you to continue expanding your mansion.
